This beautiful card was created by fellow demonstrator Anita Watson. She used the following products in her creation:

Congratulations! The Sky is the Limit!

I received this lovely card in my SUDSOL swap. It was created by fellow demonstrator, Andrea Sharp. I love the color combo; it evokes the peaceful feeling of being high in the sky looking down on the world. The colors are Smoky Slate, Island Indigo, Pear Pizzazz, and Soft Sky. The Perfectly Artistic Designer Series Paper is a wonderful background and well-suited for stamping directly on which is what she stamped the plane on. The Sky is the Limit set is available free with a $50 order until February 15th. The Perfectly Artistic Designer Series Paper is also available free with a $50 order until the end of March. For A Limited Time Only!

I love the simplicity of this card; and the combination of old stamp set and new stamp set! This card was created by Nancy Endwright, fellow demonstrator. I love how she took the Gold Wink of Stella and applied it to the propellers to highlight them! Wink of Stella is so easy to use and adds a soft, subtle shimmer. If you missed the video that I shared about Wink of Stella, you can see it by clicking here.

Rhinestone Studded Heart

This post was in my drafts from last year. I’m not sure if I forgot to post it, or what happened! However, it’s a great card idea for those of you that don’t have many Valentine stamp sets and don’t find yourself making many cards for the Valentine holiday and yet you find yourself needing one in a pinch! It would also be a great wedding or anniversary card. I would just switch out the Real Red background to a different color or background paper. For your convenience I have added a list of the items that can be used to duplicate this card below. Clicking on any of the products below will take you to my 24/7 online store. Don’t forgot that during Sale-A-Bration with a $50 order you will get to choose a FREE Sale-A-Bration item! Thanks for stopping by!

What’s The Neighborly Thing To Do?

Today I will be visiting all my neighbors to wish them Happy New Year! I love the Tag-A-Boxes!  If Stampin’ Up! should decide to retire them, I shall have to stock up! Six of my homemade Pecan Sandies fit perfectly in these awesome little boxes! I used to take Christmas plates of goodies to my neighbors but with all the holiday preparations it was just stressful! Last year I switched to this and it has made it a fun, enjoyable, new tradition.  I spent a couple evenings wrapping the boxes in gold foil paper. I spent another evening assembling bows. My cards were created over the New Year holiday while visiting family. That is one of the great things about stamping as a hobby; you can stamp and visit at the same time! I spent one afternoon making cookies and filling the boxes. This evening I will deliver them!  My next project will have to be taking down some Christmas decor before I get lost in my stamp room playing with all my newest goodies from the Occasions Catalog and Sale-A-Bration! Thanks for stopping by.

New Year Neighborhood Treats

I’m a little behind in greeting my neighbors for the New Year. The week between Christmas and the New Year holiday was quite short and we made a speed run to visit some family in Wisconsin.  It had been far too long between visits. A new job with less vacation time and a greater distance to traverse necessitated a longer weekend to make the trip; so we seized the opportunity as Jim had a 4 day weekend! I worked on my cards while we were visiting and I shared those with you already. Since gold is still on trend I wrapped my Tag-A-Boxes in gold foil wrapping paper and made my bows with the some of my gold retired papers. It seems that I am always having to force myself to use up pretty stuff! Lol! Now I just need to make my Pecan Sandies and Chocolate Snowballs and fill them up! Last year when we delivered it was blizzard like weather. This year it sounds like it will be a wintery mix; so, warmer, but still not nice! I love the Tag-A-Boxes for gifts like this. They are the perfect size. I dread the day Stampin’ Up!  retires  them!  Today I am blogging from my phone (my computer is in the shop) and I am unable to provide the handy link but you can always get to my handy 24/7 online store from the Shop Now tab on my blog above.  Don’t forget that Sale-A-Bration is in full swing and that with a $50 order you will get to choose a FREE Sale-A-Bration item! Place your order today! Thanks for stopping by.

Weekly Deals for 12/29/2015 – 1/4/2016

Can you believe it? These weekly deals will be ringing out the old and ringing in the new! It is hard to believe that in just a few days that it will be 2016 already! I am posting this from my tablet and the blogger app. I have no idea how it will format and look; but please bear with me! It seems that my graphics driver and windows 10 are not in agreement and my computer will not work. I need to take it in to have someone fix it! Meanwhile, I will try to post as best as I can with my tablet using the app. One of my favorite things about the new year is Sale-a-bration! I am so excited! I have participated in two swaps to prepare for my upcoming open houses! Now I need to plan my make and takes! We will be taking a little road trip so I may not be able to post much the next few days so I am going to take the opportunity now to wish you all a Happy New Year! May it be filled with stamping fun! Thanks for stopping by.

Santa’s Helper is Still Busy!

Santa’s helper has not only been busy, she is working on 3 1/2 hours of sleep! Poor thing almost had a total melt down last night. She discovered that she could not find her ball jar lid files from last year. These were created in My Digital Studio a couple of years ago. Since being a problem solver is a requirement for all of Santa’s helpers; she thought that she would try using My Digital Studio to look for the file instead of mymemories (a software that is similiar to MDS that users were referred to). To her utter dismay, she found that MDS thought that it was a free trial that was ended and would not take her product key. She then proceeded to try a search of her whole computer. Nadda. Nothing. She then went to her blog to see which digital files that she used thinking, “No problem, I’ll just recreat them!” She found the digital files names and did a search to create the new tags for her jar lids. Nadda. Nothing! Do you see where this is going?! So, she frantically looks for the files in her MDS downloads and back ups. Nadda. Not there. Sigh. Gone. Vanished! Thin air! Poof! She has no clue of where, when, why, or how! Huge disappointment! Those where some of her favorite Christmas digital files! She paid good money for those to help out Santa and they are gone; lost. So, what to do but try to create something new in mymemories with what she still has. This is what she came up with. To brighten her mood, she used something new! Do you see it? That pretty glittered Pool Party ribbon is it! Sparkly, shiny, festive, glowing! Santa’s helper has a little smile in her tears! This awesome ribbon will be available in January!
