Awash With Flowers Crayon Resist
Isn’t it amazing how many things can be done with this stamp set? Awash With Flowers really was not in my comfort zone of stamping but once I sat down with it and started working with it…I had so much fun! This is another of the cards we created in my Awash With Flowers class last month. This awesome stamp set will be available for purchase again in July – so if you didn’t get in on the sneak peek order – you will be able to get it in July. This card showcases the crayon resist technique! I love how the Bitty Button accent mimics the shape of the Scallop Circle die cut.
Awash With Flowers In Watercolor
I love how this card turned out! We created this card in my Awash With Flowers class last month. This set is so versatile! The watercolor was done with our Watercolor Crayons. For the flower the crayon was color directly unto the stamp and then spritzed with water. The “washed” background around the flower was watercolored with the aqua-painter picking up the color from directly from the crayon. We layered a tone-on-tone Very Vanilla textured with the Stampin’ Up! Square Lattice textured impressions embossing folder. There is a little bit of satin ribbon. It is a very elegant look!

Add a bit more eye-pleasing detail to your projects with Bitty Buttons. These clear mini buttons coordinate with both the Itty Bitty Bits stamp set and the shapes in our Itty Bitty Shapes punch pack. Mix them all together for a charming spell of itty bits for your favorite keepsakes.
These are so much fun and easy to color coordinate! To see a sample of one that has been color coordinated on a card, click on the title to this post! Happy Mother’s Day to all the mom’s all there! |
Birthday Bliss
This very nice birthday card came from my friend Brenda, a fellow demo! It was fun getting hand-stamped cards! I need to send more! I have so much fun making them…but I don’t send them like I should! The stamps and designer series paper were from Sale-A-Bration so they are no longer available…but if you were lucky enough to get this free stuff…here is an idea for you to copy!
God’s Beauty For 50 Years
Isn’t this card absolutely stunning?! I turned 50 on April 21st and a dear friend made this card for me! I am going to be a copy cat and make this card over and over and over and over….! I believe this was a hostess set a couple of years ago called God’s Beauty. I have a few more birthday cards that I will be sharing!
Wonderful Mother Awash With Flowers
Are you ready for Mother’s Day?! I’m not as ready as I should be! I need to mow the yard today – so I don’t think I will be getting ready today. This card was a card we created in my Awash With Flowers sneak peek class last month. This set will not be available again now until the new catalog in July – but you can bookmark the idea and come back to it then! The color combo is Basic Gray, Lavender Lace, and Old Olive. I wanted to use Old Olive ribbon…but everything we had was too wide for the proportions of my card…so I experimented! I twisted the ribbon – turned out pretty cool, don’t you think?! I love the Bitty Buttons! The new Textured Impressions embossing folder, Square Lattice, is such a neat texture!
