Birthday Blooms For You

This pretty card is another make and take from my Sale-A-Bration Open House.

I am so happy that Stampin’ Up! brought back the Softly Falling Folder. It just makes a really pretty textured background. Don’t get stuck thinking that it has to be used as snow!

To color this floral image I chose to use sponge daubers and ink. I really miss the soft muted look of coloring with chalks and this is a close second! plus, I am not a big fan of coloring large areas with markers.

I just trimmed the top of the label cut from the label die to give it a little different look and topped it with some Metallic Glitter Tape daubed in Mint Macaron. This tape was a free Sale-A-Bration reward so if you missed out, you can substitute Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper.

I did the inside of this card too, you can take a peek at it here:

It’s kind of fun to jazz up the inside of your cards and do a little something to the envelope to make it all coordinate!

Final Week of Weekly Deals!

The Weekly Deals will be ending on April 18th (the same day as the RETIRED LIST comes out)! Don’t miss out on these great deals while they last!

The Stars Framelits Dies are a good deal and will work great for graduation cards! I love the price on the Sweetheart Punch and it has a very pretty shape! I love snow friends but I can’t imagine not having the set to go with it and the bundle is still a better deal!

Don’t forget to check out the Clearance Rack, too! Click on the Weekly Deals button below to be taken to my 24/7 online store to get in on the last week of deals! Thanks so much for stopping by!

You are a Timeless Treasure!

I love background sets! You can do so much with them. Timeless Textures is my new fave! I decided to pair it with the Botanical Builder Framelits for a nice, simple card. I didn’t put a sentiment on the front, but you certainly could!

This was one of the Make&Takes at my Sale-A-Bration Open Houses in March. This card featured 5 new items, one being the Metallic Glitter Tape. This tape is so convenient, just tear and apply! However, it was a limited time FREE Sale-A-Bration reward. If you missed out on that deal you will have to substitute with a piece of Silver Glimmer Paper cut to size.

I normally don’t do the inside of my cards for classes and evens, but this time I decided to go all out! Here is a peek at the inside:

For your convenience I have listed most of the items used in the creation of this card. Clicking on any of the images will take you to my 24/7 online store where you may order any of the items you need to make this “all occasion” card! Thanks so much for stopping by!

Striking Rose Wonder Sympathy Card

This striking Rose Wonder sympathy card is absolutely stunning in its simplicity! This swap card was created by fellow demonstrator, Mary Wesche. She also WOWED me with the inside of her creation! Take a look…

See what I mean? Where is the WOW Facebook emoticon when you need it? This card is so stunning and simple that I need to sit down a stamp a little stack and hope that I don’t need them!

For your convenience I have provided a list of most of the supplies that Mary used in the creation of her card. Click on any of the images below to be taken to my 24/7 online store where you can purchase what you need to create this card today. Thanks so much for stopping by!

White Embossed Rose Wonder

This pretty swap card was created by fellow demonstrator, Nancy Endwright. She embossed her rose image in white. I am not certain, but it looks to me like she colored the image in using a blender. It’s a look between water-colored and blended.

It has been awhile since I broke out the heat tool and embossing powder. Waaaay back when I first started stamping 20 years ago – it was the heat embossing that got me hooked! I heat embossed every image I owned (which wasn’t very many) with gold embossing powder. The transformation was amazing. It was powerful! I felt like a professional card making factory! lol! Then…I discovered Stampin’ Up! and all the wonderful color coordination that they do for us and I got hooked on inks!

For your convenience I have provided a list of most of the supplies that Nancy used in creating her swap card. Click on any product image below to be taken to my 24/7 online store to purchase what you need to create this card. Thanks so much for stopping by!

Shimmering Rose Wonder Card

This photo does not do this beautiful swap card created by fellow demonstrator, Joyce Pacer, justice. Between the shimmery white card stock background and the Wink of Stella painted on the petals, it shimmers and shines just like the hope that prayer brings to the heart!

For your convenience I have listed most of the products that Joyce used in the creation of this card. Click on any of the product images below to be taken to my 24/7 online store where you can purchase what you need to create this shimmering card. Thanks so much for stopping by!

Double Rose Wonder Birthday Card

This swap card created by fellow demonstrator, Jayne Hansen is so simple and yet so pretty! Creating a pretty card doesn’t get any easier than this! I wish that the Wink of Stella would show up better in the photo. The sparkle on the roses is what really makes the wow on this card!

For your convenience I have provided a list of most of the products that Jayne used to create this card. Click on any of the product images below to be taken to my 24/7 online store to purchase what you need to create this beautiful card! The Rose Garden Framelits are in the Weekly Deals this week but the bundle is still the better deal! Thanks so much for stopping by!

Grungy Roses Are Beautiful!

This uniquely beautiful swap card was created by fellow demonstrator, Mary Wesche. I love how she cut off around the rose to make the inside of the card part of the front! And…the inside is just as lovely as the outside….

I also like the scoring detail on the outside edges that she highlighted with some sponging! Other than the detail work of doing the cutout…this is a very simply done card with lots of WOW! Just beautiful!

For your convenience I have provided a list of most of the supplies used in the making of this card. You may click on any of the images below to be taken to my 24/7 online store to purchase any of the items you need to duplicate this card. Thank you so much for stopping by!

You Are Tea-riffic

I am a tea lover. I love my “spot” of tea. On a good day, I will stop for a “spot” multiple times a day!

This pretty swap card was created by fellow demonstrator, Toni Tessler. I love how the Designer Series Paper adorned with a tea lace doily resembles a table and those pretty little pearls dress up the china tea cup all topped off with that adorable heart! Makes me want to go have a cup of tea when I’m done here (I have tried it when posting…but it always seems to get cold…so I think I will wait for a nice hot cuppa!)

For your convenience, I have the supplies used in the creation of this card listed below. Clicking on any of those images will take you to my 24/7 online store where you can place your order for this fun bundle! Thank you so much for stopping by!

Everyone Loves Cupcakes!

Hello Stampin’ Friends! I’m sharing another great swap card with you today! This one was created by fellow demonstrator, Toni Tessler. She also used the Sprinkles of Life stamp set whose purchase supports the Ronald McDonald House Charities. It’s a win/win deal! You get a fantastic stamp set and the RMHC gets more funding for their great cause!

I love the little touch of sparkle on the frosting compliments of Wink of Stella! In my supply list I did add the It’s My Party Enamel Dots because I think a yellow enamel dot would be just perfect in place of the rhinestone! The banner from the Number of Years Bundle is a nice way to showcase the birthday wish, too.
