Stamping in a New Place!

Well, after living in Denver, Iowa for 20 years, we have had to move 4 hours to the western side of the state to Le Mars, Iowa. My husband moved in June, we found this home in October, and I followed him with the stuff in November. After eight months we have finally settled in. All the boxes are emptied and stuff put away. There are still more walls to paint, landscaping to do, etc. But that always seems to be the case no matter what, so hopefully, those things will become the occassional weekend project rather than the daily chore it has been since November 14th! (Well, really since June of last year, because we had to do a ton of work at the old homestead to get it ready for sale!) It was a busy Spring and Summer as we had two homes to take care of with four hours in between them. It made for some long days going back and forth! Thank goodness the Denver home sold and we closed on July 17th. I miss the old homestead. I miss all my family, friends, neighbors, and customers back there and look forward to the opportunities that I have to go back and see them! I just had my grand annual open house back home at the Comfort Suites and it was great to see everyone! So, after not blogging for over a year, I am going to try to get back in the groove of things here. I’m still stamping, just in a new place! Hopefully, I will find some stampers here in my new town! Thanks for checking in on me and hopefully I will get photos of all my swaps from convention and the cards from my display boards posted here for you to enjoy in the weeks to come!
