Medallion Background Stamp Quadrupled

I love this different take on using the Medallion Background Stamp on this card! I wish I could give the creator credit for this awesome idea…but there is no name on the card. I believe the colors used on this card are; pale plum, perfect plum, elegant eggplant and basic black. The creator also used the Thumping Technique which I will be demonstrating in my upcoming class on October 24th, so be sure to get yourself signed up for this informative class!

Manhattan Flower and Texturz Plate

I received this beautiful card in my convention swaps. It has no name on it so I am unable to give credit where it is due. The creator used the Stampin’ Up! Manhattan Flower Textured Impression Folder and Backgrounds 1 Stampin’ Up! Texturz Plates to create beautiful layers and texture for this card. The texture of the background plate is hard to see in this photo. I had trouble getting the lighting right. She used Tempting Turquoise to highlight the flowers with sponging and cut them out. They are layered over the diamond shaped texturz plate background. Other items used are the Large Oval and Scalloped Oval punches and teh 5/8″ White Satin Ribbon.
